Jason Rowe serves as the Program Manager for the Insider Threat effort at one of the largest Intelligence Community agencies. He has over 19 years in law enforcement, security, and counterintelligence experience. While on active duty with the United States Air Force, he managed Information and Personnel Security Programs for the 30th Space Wing at Vandenberg AFB in California before joining the IC in the security and counterintelligence fields. He leads an inter-agency Insider Threat Tools and Techniques Working Group which focuses on bringing the IC’s and DOD’s best practices for Insider Threat efforts to share among agencies.
