Brandon Porter is Assistant General Counsel at Equifax. In this capacity, he provides comprehensive legal counsel in the areas of regulated data use, government contracting, government relations, and others. Brandon’s previous roles before joining Equifax in 2016 include: Corporate Counsel at CenturyLink, the third largest telecommunications company in the country; Deputy Legal Counsel for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice; and Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force. Brandon received his MBA from Washington University, his JD from Saint Louis University, and his BA from Webster University. Originally from South Carolina, he currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
