Arshad has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, nearly 20 of which were spent focused on cryptographic key-management.  His career includes working at companies such as the Port Authority of NY & NJ, BASF, Citibank and Sun Microsystems.  Based on the belief that strong-authentication and data-encryption with centralized key-management systems mitigate most vulnerabilities in existing systems, as CTO of StrongAuth since 2001, he has built dozens of key-management infrastructures for customers, operating in mission-critical environments around the world.  A member of the FIDO Alliance, he is instrumental in producing many open-source FIDO-enabled solutions to deliver simpler, stronger authentication to the internet.
